I totally know how you feel. I had a similar experience with Lillian. Take your dogs for a walk. It helped me. I did that for several weeks before I was due. But the last week or so it was almost everyday, and I swear walking in the hills of fullerton with my parents dog put me in labor. Plus I have heard that there is another great activity that can help. Try that one with Matt :) Good luck. Kristy
Yeah, the end is UNCOMFORTABLE! Don't put too much stock into those numbers. My sister-in-law, Ditte, can go into the doctor and be at a zero and then have the baby the next day --- while other people can be at a 3 for weeks before going into labor. What's scary now is you'll constantly be wondering - is this labor? Am I in labor now?? I did that, and let me tell you, YOU'LL KNOW!

I was told to walk the curbs. The motion of one foot up on the curb and one on the street gets things jostled in a good way.
